American Bike & Motor Co. is a private enterprise holding the physical assets, tools, equipment, and technical documents of the former D.M.Best Harley-Davidson.

Best H-D was a factory authorized dealership that operated in Fort Worth during the years 1983-2002. In addition to the Harley-Davidson product line, the dealership also represented Bombardier's Rotax powered Can-Am motorcycles, and subsequently, similar versions continued by the American manufacturer, ATK.

Today, AmBike and Motovin perform work relating to the restoration, maintenance, acquisition, and future sales of modern, classic, and vintage motorcycles.
